  • Provide occasional support to the service team for fault-finding or remedial works
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service throughout all work
Systems You’ll Work On:

Our preferred setup includes Advanced panels with Hochiki devices, but you’ll encounter a broad mix across our diverse client portfolio. Most systems are open protocol, so familiarity and adaptability are key.

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • Sunday: Double time
  • Callout Rota: 1 in 8 weeks (Mon–Sun)

  • 26 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Tools, phone, uniform all provided
What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of BS5839 and open protocol systems
  • Experience with Advanced panels and Hochiki devices is a big plus
  • Confident working independently and managing small projects end-to-end
  • Great communication skills and a customer-first approach
  • Full UK driving licence
Why Join Us?

Join a well-respected and growing fire & security company where no two days are the same. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work, with a supportive team behind you and opportunities to grow your skills. With solid pay, excellent overtime structure, and real autonomy—this is more than just another install job.
