The Opportunity:

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fire Alarm Engineer to join our growing team in the North West. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional fire safety solutions for data centre and critical infrastructure projects, ensuring the highest level of protection for these vital facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex fire alarm systems for data centre and critical infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct thorough site surveys and develop comprehensive fire risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Oversee and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fire safety regulations, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Provide expert technical advice and support to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 year's experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer.
  • Extensive experience working on data centre and critical infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of BS5839 fire safety standards and relevant regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and clean driving record.
  • Formal qualifications in fire alarm engineering or a related field
