Therefore, if you are interested, please submit your application as early as possible.We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Transactions Manager with strong people management skills to lead our transactional processing team through a significant system and process changes as part of implementing a new finance system, Unit4 ERPx..As the Financial Transactions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of transactional processing within our organization. You will lead and develop a team of transaction processing specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.   • The ideal candidate is CCAB qualified accountant e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA (or equivalent) by education or demonstrable knowledge  
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop finance teams to achieve objectives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation 
  • Strong understanding of finance systems and processes, particularly in the context of system implementations and upgrades.
