We’re seeking a confident and capable individual to provide high-quality administrative support within a centralised team, helping deliver exceptional service to clients and advisers alike.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and maintaining accurate client records
- Preparing and submitting applications to product providers
- Reading client reports to understand advice rationale
- Processing fund switches, valuations, and Letters of Authority
- Liaising with providers, clients, and internal teams to track progress
- Supporting advisers with meeting prep and client reviews
- Handling client queries and maintaining confidentiality
- Attending team meetings and contributing to shared goals
- Progressing to handle more technical cases after your first year
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years’ experience in financial administration
- Solid understanding of pensions, investments, and the advice process
- High accuracy, strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (Intelligent Office a plus)
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a drive to grow
