Location: Manchester (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days home)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in financial administration

The Role

We’re looking for a Financial Administrator to join our close-knit pod system, where administrators and paraplanners support advisers to deliver exceptional client outcomes. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and first-class service.

What You’ll Do

  • Support financial advisers and paraplanners with daily administrative tasks
  • Onboard new clients and manage documentation
  • Generate and track Letters of Authority (LOAs)
  • Liaise with providers (e.g. AJ Bell, Fidelity, Transact) and chase progress
  • Update client data and fact-find information using Intelligent Office (IO)
  • Track workflow and ensure smooth case management
  • Conduct compliance checks and raise invoices
  • Deliver a professional and responsive client experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a financial planning or wealth management admin role
  • Level 3 Certificate in Financial Services (or higher)
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes
  • Confident using Intelligent Office and investment platforms (AJ Bell, Fidelity, Transact, etc.)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and ready to embrace change
