Job Title: Financial Services Administrator

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

The Role:

This role would sit within the administrative function of the business and would involve a combination of administrative and PA style duties. The ideal candidate would be comfortable meeting clients and able to manage adviser diaries, workflows and transcribe client meeting notes. Someone who is able to present information clearly and concisely with strong written and verbal communication skills is key.

The Required Skills:

• Experience in managing diaries and providing secretarial/administrative support within a financial services environment
• Previous experience of working within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning business previously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
