Financial Services Administrator

Salary 25-30k Dependent on skills and experience

Full time – flexibility will be considered

Leeds LS12 6AJ – Office based only

Hours – office open 8.30am – 5.30pm daily – 8-hour daily shift expected

The Company

Senior Support Ltd is a growing team of financial services administrators who pride themselves in providing an excellent level of administration support to a number of St. James’s Place Wealth Management Partners. As demand for our services grow, we are looking for an experienced, full or part time financial services administrator to join our team based in our office on the outskirts of Leeds.

The Person

We are looking for someone who ideally has:

• At least two years’ experience in an admin/PA role – ideally financial services, or other relevant transferable skills
• The desire to provide excellent customer service to our advisers and their clients
• The ability to multi-task and juggle changing priorities and tasks
• A keen eye for detail and excellent spoken and written English
• The capability to manage appointments, prepare for client meetings, submit applications, accurately update client records, liaise with clients/advisers/providers in a professional manner and write reports and letters amongst other general admin tasks
• Excellent organization skills and a strong work ethic
• IT skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications and browser-based applications
• Strong interpersonal skills and a pro-active attitude towards learning and developing within the role and supporting the wider team
