Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor and manage a small finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Offer technical expertise and ensure compliance with accounting standards and industry best practices.

Month-End Close & Consolidation

• Direct the month-end close activities to ensure accurate and complete financial data.
• Coordinate the consolidation of financial results across various entities or business units.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Deliver timely and precise monthly and annual financial reports.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide meaningful commentary to support performance evaluations.
• Maintain adherence to internal controls and external regulatory standards.

Audit & Compliance

• Liaise with external auditors during audit cycles.
• Safeguard the integrity of financial records in line with statutory and regulatory frameworks.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Champion enhancements in financial reporting systems, controls, and workflows.
• Assist in the rollout of automation tools and digital reporting capabilities.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with operational teams and Finance Business Partners to align reporting with strategic goals.
• Share financial insights with senior stakeholders to inform decision-making.

Project Support

• Participate in finance transformation programs, system implementations, and other ad hoc initiatives.
