Financial Reporting Manager | £56-60k | Health Charity | Permanent | 2 days in Central London office

This Financial Reporting Manager role is a newly created opportunity to join an iconic health charity during a period of significant growth. This role is a varied position working with passionate stakeholders within the charity as well as managing a strong team of 2 Business Partners. This role will be working closely with the senior stakeholders across various areas to work on budgeting and forecasting. This role will require a qualified accountant with a strong technical background.

Key Responsibilities* Working as a senior member of a productive and collaborative FP&A team, managing a small team of motivated staff.* Delivering excellent service to various stakeholders across the business, ensuring effective working relationships, with the ability to adapt the approach depending on the needs of the individual stakeholders.* Overseeing and updating Management Accounts, investigating variances, and identifying areas for improvement* Working closely with internal stakeholders to provide support and up-to-date information relating to budgets and forecast information * Prepare and deliver KPIs and budgets in line with the organisation's long-term strategy* Analysing metrics and other data to ensure accurate and relevant reporting

Person Specification* A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA)* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders of complex needs and requirements.* Experience of management accounting* Ideally experience of managing a small team, or supervising junior staff* Excellent technical skills including advanced Excel skills * Entrepreneurial and ambitious character with a proactive mindset
