We’re offering a rare and exciting opportunity to join a newly formed Commercial Finance team as an FP&A Analyst. You'll play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the business through meaningful analysis, reporting, and financial planning. Your insights will directly influence operational efficiency and decision-making at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Producing daily, weekly, and monthly trading analysis to support performance visibility
  • Building and maintaining insightful KPI reports and supporting in the creation of monthly decks
  • Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
  • Collaborating with the Management Accounts team during month-end close
  • Creating analytical reports to support decision-making across departments
  • Taking part in exciting ad hoc projects and business initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with financial planning processes and tools such as Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients.
  • Ability to analyse complex data sets and present findings clearly.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Someone with a natural warmth and excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
  • Ability to think creatively and suggest alternative solutions
  • Comfortable presenting findings to senior stakeholders
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Prior experience in FP&A or analytical finance roles preferred
