Our Client is a leading firm of Financial Planners, have an excellent opportunity for a professional and experienced Administrator to join their team based near Sheffield City Centre
This role will support the advisers and paraplanners ensuring the efficient production of client review packs, processing of new business and general office administration including reception duties.
Daily duties will consist of
- Providing professional customer service to new and existing clients via telephone, email and face to face when required
- Communicating and liaising effectively with external product providers
- Preparing client valuations, application forms and meeting documentation for annual reviews
- Processing of any meeting follow up work including fund switches, withdrawals
- General office administration including dealing with the post and reception duties
What we need from you:
- Previous experience working in a professional services environment (eg legal/medical/financial offices)
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise workload under pressure and work to deadlines
