Role Summary:

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Planner to join a team of advisers and inherit a well-established client book. With a strong focus on IHT planning, pensions, and Business Relief, this role suits a relationship-driven advisor who enjoys building long-term trust rather than hunting new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inherit and manage a full client book, focus on deepening relationships and delivering exceptional service
• Provide tailored advice on IHT, pensions, and Business Relief, safeguarding and growing client wealth
• Work alongside business development-focused colleagues, who generate new client inflows
• Deliver holistic financial planning solutions, ensuring multigenerational outcomes for clients
• Actively contribute to a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing adviser team

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Financial Planner
• In-depth knowledge of IHT, Pensions, and Business Relief solutions
• Chartered status or strong progress towards Chartered highly desirable
• Strong client relationship skills, with proven ability to retain and grow accounts
