With over £1 billion in client funds under management across approximately 2,600 households, this firm offers a rare opportunity to inherit a high-quality client book and benefit from strong infrastructure and long-term support.
Key Highlights:
- Inherit a book of approximately 150-190 high-quality clients from retiring Senior Planners
- Focus on servicing and growing existing relationships
- Warm referral network, lead generation via introducers, seminars, and client events (e.g., golf days)
- Full back-office and paraplanning support provided
- Highly flexible working structure - typically 1-2 days per week required in the office
What’s on offer:
- £40,000-£50,000 base salary
- Guaranteed bonus based on ongoing trail from inherited clients (negotiated split)
- Additional bonus on new business written
- Realistic OTE of £100,000+

Ideal Candidate:
- Level 4 qualified Financial Planner with minimum 2-3 years' advisory experience
- Strong relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach
