Salary:£60,000 - £75,000 + Bonus

With a newly streamlined office setup and a strong internal investment team, this is a unique chance for a self-starting adviser to build a business with autonomy and real potential for long-term growth.

The Required Skills:

• Diploma-qualified (Certified or Chartered status desirable)• A background in financial planning, private wealth, or family office environments• Skilled at developing professional connections and generating new business• Confident working independently and comfortable in a small, self-driven team• Ability to collaborate with an in-house Portfolio Manager to create holistic advice• Strong understanding of investment management, estate planning, and HNW client needs
