With a strong emphasis on operational control and stakeholder collaboration, this business offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role is an 18month Fixed Term Opportunity, paying up to £85,000 with a hybrid working policy offering 2 days a week onsite. Your new roleAs Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for managing a team of 15, including 5 direct reports, and ensuring the timely delivery of financial information in a well-controlled environment.Key responsibilities include:
What you'll need to succeedYou'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with proven experience of managing finance teams and delivering results in a multi-site or multi-division environment. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
