Financial Controller - Reed : Job Details

As Financial Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance and partnering with senior stakeholders providing financial leadership and insight across UK and overseas operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with international accountants and maintain overseas property records.
• Partner with internal teams to provide financial support and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Prepare monthly and year-end accounts for corporate entities.
• Lead and develop a small finance team.
• Oversee VAT and CIS returns, balance sheet reconciliations, and ledger accuracy.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Assist with audit and tax pack preparation and queries.

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong technical accounting and reporting experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in property, development, or multi-entity environments is advantageous.
