The role will report into the Finance Director as his right-hand person and duties will include:

• Managing the accounts function and providing relevant development incentives to ensure a climate of growth for all team members
• Managing daily cash flow and the long term cash flow forecast
• Completion of monthly accounts for all offices in accordance with agreed timetable
• Preparation, development and maintenance of monthly budgets with accompanying analysis and reports to directors and regional managers
• Preparation of end-of-year accounts and audit file, together with liaising with auditors
• Assisting with the annual business plan development and budget process
• Implementing KPIs to analyse performance and monitor trends
• Providing accounting support to all stakeholders of the business
• Representing the Finance Director in various meetings as required
• Supporting the Finance Director in completion of system development projects
• Managing the payroll function, ensuring efficient systems, processes and controls are in place
• Continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes with the goal to achieve best practice and optimal output
