Financial Controller - MLC Partners : Job Details

The Role:

You will lead the Trust’s financial accounting function, ensuring robust financial controls, statutory compliance, and the delivery of high-quality reporting. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, guiding financial performance and shaping the Trust’s strategic direction.

Essential Requirements:

• CCAB-qualified accountant
• Proven NHS finance experience
• Strong, visible leadership skills with the ability to encourage and motivate others
• Excellent technical accounting skills
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to influence at all levels
