Financial Controller - Reed : Job Details

Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid Working, 3 days in office)

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

We’re working with a highly respected organisation with a strong reputation for excellence and a low staff turnover. We’re looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to lead an established finance team and help shape the future of its financial operations.

• Leading the preparation of consolidated management accounts
• Overseeing statutory accounting and ensuring compliance
• Managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals
• Driving the annual reporting process
• Monitoring and optimising cash flow
• Identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes
• Supporting the Finance Director with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives

• Qualified or QBE with prior experience in Financial Control for a multi-site organisation
• Proven experience in leading a finance function
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel and financial software
