Financial Controller - Randstad Perm Professionals : Job Details

We are partnering exclusively with a private equity backed software company company in their search for an interim Financial Controller. This is a fully remote, 4 month temporary role (high chance of extending longer) looking to pay between £500 to £600 per day. The day rate is negotiable depending on suitability and experience.

As the interim Financial Controller, the role is defined around M&A work for a pending acquisition with hands on control and transaction work.

The successful candidate will have:

• ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualification is essential
• Experience working with a SaaS/PE backed environment is highly desirable
• Experience with Net Suite is highly desirable
• IFRS, tax and reporting experience
