Financial Controller - Global Accounting Network : Job Details

Global Accounting Network are currently exclusively recruiting for a large housing association. They are looking for a Financial Controller to join their team to leverage their experience working with the government with grants for housing.

This is a great opportunity as they are looking for this person so grow into the CFO position. Currently this role will report to the CEO.

Finance Controller

£80-100K per annum

Full time, permanent role

Offices in London

Skills/experience required:

• Qualified accountant ACA, CIMA (or equivalent)
• Experience in a Financial Controller position or similar from a housing association or company that deals with grants.
• Hands on attitude
• Experience of process improvement

Main responsibilities:

• Overall management of the team and finance function
• Building out the team and management
• Investor relations and presenting to investors.
• Working with the CEO on Commercial finance activities
• Management of forecasting and budgeting process
• Working alongside CEO on acquisitions
