Financial Controller - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half are currently partnering with an exciting charity who are seeking an experienced Financial Controller. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team on a part-time basis for at least 4 months. The role will be hands on and a real blend of the management accounts, budget and supporting them through the audit. If you possess a passion for driving positive change and have a proven track record in finance, this role could be perfect for you.

Role: Financial Controller/Finance Manager

Location: Central Bristol (Parking onsite)

Duration: 3/ 4 Months - Part time 3 days a week onsite

Rate: £300pd - £350pd (Via Umbrella)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build comprehensive management reporting, including monthly management accounts, variances to budget, and cash-flow forecasting.
• Support the organisation through an audit process, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Reconcile the 2023 balance sheet accounts with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with business development to monitor and forecast revenue, enabling sustainable growth
• Provide technical line management for the team, overseeing compliance with policies and contributing to policy development.

Requirements:

• Ideally, experience working with Netsuite or similar systems, or a background in system implementation
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
