Interim Financial Controller - Real Estate

London

£450 - £525 per day inside IR35

Full time/ 4 days a week, part-time

We're exclusively partnered with a Sovereign Wealth Fund, who are looking to add an Interim Financial controller to their Real Estate team on a maternity cover.This is a maternity cover looking for an experienced Qualified Accountant with Real Estate experience, to focus on the oversight of cash management and work closely with JV partners.

This role can be a part-time, 4 days a week role.

Key responsibilities:

• Business partnering, internal and external stakeholder management
• Work closely with JV Partners on any funding requirements and quarterly reporting
• Work closely with the asset and investment management team, assisting with any accounting queries, monitoring the projects
• Assist with any ad hoc projects
• Contribute to financial reporting, oversight of cash management, reviewing bank balances
• Process improvement, improve processes for efficiencies

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant (or equivalent)
• Real Estate industry experience
• Yardi experience beneficial
• Must be immediately available
