Your new role

As a Financial Business Partner, you'll be a key advisor to the business, helping drive commercial success through insightful financial analysis and strategic support. You'll be responsible for reviewing monthly financial results, forecasting, budgeting, and maintaining pricing models for different products. You'll also support transformation initiatives and regulatory requests, working closely with leadership teams to shape financial outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll need to be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within financial services. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. You should be confident in preparing financial insights that support decision-making and capable of managing competing priorities under tight deadlines.
