Financial Analyst - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half is partnering with a boutique corporate finance advisory firm focused on real estate. The firm offers hands-on deal experience and high-level client exposure from day one.

The Role

We are hiring a sharp, commercially minded Corporate Finance Analyst / Financial Modeller to support end-to-end transaction work - modelling, deal execution, and client presentations. You will work directly with the Managing Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust financial models - three statement models
• Analyse deal structures: acquisitions, disposals, developments
• Create pitch materials and investment presentations
• Support all stages of the deal process - legal, financial, commercial
• Attend and contribute to client meetings with senior leadership
• Assist with speculative proposals and live deal execution
• Interpret and adapt client-supplied financial models

What You'll Need

• Skills: Advanced Excel modelling; strong grasp of corporate finance
• Education: Strong academics in Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Communication: Clear, confident, client-facing
• Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, professional, and pragmatic
• Desirable: Experience: 1-3 years in corporate finance, real estate investment, or M&A
