The RoleThey are seeking a finance professional to partner with their advertising sales team. This person will act as a trusted adviser, providing insights that drive performance, while also supporting billing, credit, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end closing, billing, and reporting activities.

• Ensure accurate reconciliations and resolve billing queries.

• Manage workflow from client setup through to campaign billing.

• Support revenue reporting, credit management, and cash collection.

• Maintain accurate financial data and reporting metrics.

• Drive process improvements and contribute to cross-team projects.

• Produce ad hoc reports and financial models for leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, macros, pivot tables).

• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-driven.

• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, SQL, or analytics tools is advantageous.

• Knowledge of the media/advertising industry is a plus.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
