The RoleThey are seeking a finance professional to partner with their advertising sales team. This person will act as a trusted adviser, providing insights that drive performance, while also supporting billing, credit, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end closing, billing, and reporting activities.
Ensure accurate reconciliations and resolve billing queries.
Manage workflow from client setup through to campaign billing.
Support revenue reporting, credit management, and cash collection.
Maintain accurate financial data and reporting metrics.
Drive process improvements and contribute to cross-team projects.
Produce ad hoc reports and financial models for leadership.
Candidate Profile
Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Strong Excel skills (formulas, macros, pivot tables).
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-driven.
Experience with Salesforce, SAP, SQL, or analytics tools is advantageous.
Knowledge of the media/advertising industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
