Financial Analyst (CRE) - Avanti : Job Details

Avanti Recruitment are currently working with a FinTech company based in London that works within the PropTech sector and is looking to expand the Analytics team by hiring a Financial Analyst, with experience in Cash Flow Modelling and data analysis.

The company operates in a hybrid manner, and you will be required in the office two days a week (Tuesday/Wednesday).

You will find yourself joining a small company, with expanding business and blue-chip clients from Banking and Investment industries. This role will involve working across the entire software development lifecycle. It will include interacting with clients, analysing data, integrating client data into the company's model, and collaborating with software developers to create new features.

Must Have requirements:

• Highly detail-oriented, analytical and organised individual, with a great sense of initiative
• Good communication skills, comfortable working in a team
• Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills
• Experience in Financial Analytics – specifically Cash Flow Modelling
• 1st Class Degree or 2:1 (Finance / Quantitative Finance is a must have, Mathematics / Computer Science supplemental)
• Knowledge / Experience with Commercial Real Estate

Desirable:

• Experience within the Banking or Investment industry
• Knowledge / Experience in Risk Modelling

Software / Development (nice to have):

• Experience of coding or development
• Knowledge of software development cycle
• Java code base
• SQL database
• Application testing / design

The salary for this position is up to £80k (DOE) discretionary Bonus up to 10% 25 days holiday Flexible working hours.
