• Provide expert whole-of-market mortgage advice to clients
• Work closely with estate agency staff to maximise referral opportunities
• Deliver a customer-focused service in line with regulatory requirements
• Convert leads into successful mortgage and protection applications

• Ideally CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified – or currently working towards it
• Previous experience in mortgage advising essential; estate agency experience beneficial but not required
• Strong sales background and customer service focus
• Organised, well-presented, and IT proficient
• Full UK driving licence required

• Employed role with realistic OTE of £40,000 - £75,000+ per annum
