Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Financial Adviser to join our growing business. The business was established over a decade ago and has specialist expertise in providing full financial services solutions from financial planning to property lending.  We are now looking to expand our wealth management advisory service, so this is an exciting time to join us.Responsibilities:
  • Meeting new and existing clients and developing ongoing relationships
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments and analysis for clients
  • Reviewing clients' needs and providing tailored financial advice to existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with all teams to achieve overall business objectives and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Develop customized financial plans based on clients' needs and objectives
  • Provide recommendations on investment strategies, retirement planning, and tax planning
  • Monitor and review clients' portfolios to ensure alignment with their goals
  • Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact clients' financial situations
Requirements:
  • Relevant financial qualifications (e.g., CISI, CII, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Financial Adviser (2 years +)
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques and methodologies
  • Experience and knowledge in using cash flow modelling.
  • Proficient in using financial modelling software and advanced Excel functions
  • Experience and a strong understanding in the full sales and compliance process
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
