Job Title: Independent Financial Adviser – Employed | Fully Remote | OTE £65,000+

OverviewWe’re offering an outstanding opportunity for a qualified Financial Adviser to step into a fully employed, fully remote role, inheriting a loyal and diverse client bank across South Wales. With £38m in AUM, approximately £170k in recurring income, and around 200 clients, this is a well-established book that blends mass affluent and HNW individuals, all aligned with our streamlined virtual servicing model. You’ll be supported by two existing regional advisers during a structured handover, ensuring client continuity and a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an existing client bank with varied financial planning needs

• Deliver holistic advice across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning

• Conduct regular client reviews via video or phone under our virtual service strategy

• Identify opportunities for new business within the client base (approx. £25k of new initial fees in the past 12 months)

• Maintain high standards of compliance and service in line with FCA expectations

• Work closely with our paraplanning and admin teams to ensure smooth service delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma Level 4 qualified (DipPFS or equivalent)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a regulated advisory role

• Confident operating remotely and maintaining strong client relationships

• Ethical, proactive, and client-focused with excellent communication skills

• Familiarity with financial planning software, CRM systems, and digital tools

Year 1 Earnings and Package

• Year 1 OTE: £65,000+

• Basic salary plus production bonus (15%) on all income generated

• £300 monthly car allowance

• Mileage reimbursement for any client visits

• Laptop and company mobile phone provided

• 33 days holiday including bank holidays

• Paid Christmas shutdown (typically 3 working days, not deducted from holiday)

• 5% employer pension contribution

• Death in service: 3x salary or £100,000 (whichever is greater)
