Job Description

We are working on behalf of a Chartered, Top 100 IFA firm in Liverpool to recruit an experienced and proactive Financial Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable wealth management business that offers career progression, professional development, and a supportive working environment.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, assisting in the delivery of exceptional client service by providing administrative and technical support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for client servicing and administration

  • Process new business applications and liaise with providers to ensure timely completions

  • Prepare and maintain client files, valuations, and reports ahead of review meetings

  • Handle client queries with professionalism and accuracy

  • Maintain compliance and data integrity across all documentation and internal systems

  • Collaborate closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners to ensure a smooth client journey

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Financial Administrator in an IFA or wealth management environment

  • Good knowledge of financial products, including pensions, investments, and protection

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and back-office systems (e.g. Xplan, Intelligent Office)

  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset

  • Ideally studying towards or interested in CII qualifications
