We are looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to join our team to lead and execute various projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and strategic impact of our financial functions.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in finance transformation, project management, coupled with a deep understanding of finance and accounting principles.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute transformation initiatives, including process automation, system upgrades, and other projects to streamline financial operations and establish global ways of working.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the existing business processes to better define the current and strategic end-state.
  • Identify areas of process inefficiency and advocate for continual improvement and process re-engineering.
  • Own the end-2-end delivery of our transformation initiatives, collaborating with the relevant teams across the business to ensure success.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Perform relevant market analysis to identify off-the-shelf solutions to meet the business needs.
  • Build solid business cases for change using data to demonstrate the operational / cost efficiencies and returns.
  • Identify tactical wins that can be deployed quickly that support the longer-term strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure the successful integration of finance systems and tools.
  • Ensure finance processes and systems are compliant with industry regulations and best practices.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in finance transformation, project management, and process improvement in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles and related financial systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to breakdown and simplify complex ideas and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment.
  • Experience working with enterprise ERP solutions (SAP/ NetSuite preferred).

This role will require some travel as and when required.
