A global entertainment business is seeking a Finance Transformation Manger to lead a project for 12 months in their Miami office.
The role will focus on leading the transition of billing and collections from a third-party provider to in-house operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Project Leadership: Oversee the transition, managing timelines, dependencies, and coordination across finance, operations, commercial, HR, legal, and tech teams.
- Technical Accounting Oversight: Ensure accuracy by reconciling data from multiple sources, applying advanced accounting principles, and maintaining integrity across financial workflows.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point for data requests, issue resolution, and communication, keeping momentum across all workstreams.
- Executive Engagement: Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including risk assessments and decision support, with clear documentation of progress, financial impact, and operational readiness.
Candidate Requirements:
- CPA or ACA qualification
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, Excel, and financial reporting systems
- Proven experience in finance transformation or billing operations project management
- Experience in Order to Cash is a plus
