This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional with leadership skills to step into a pivotal role. As Finance Team Leader, you will oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring smooth financial processes, compliance with UK regulations, and timely reporting.

DAY TO DAY:

• Manage and oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, rent collection, and payments.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Lead on bank reconciliations and accurate revenue tracking.
• Monitor compliance with UK accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Work with auditors and tax advisors to maintain full compliance.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to the finance team.
• Develop and implement financial workflows to support new business areas.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Drive process improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy across all financial functions.

Salary £26,000-£28,000 per annum depending on experience
