Description

The successful Finance Team Leader will likely have the following responsibilities;

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Manage and support a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Review and improve existing financial processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring throughout the fiscal year.
  • Act as a key point of contact for external auditors and stakeholders.
