The Finance Systems Superuser role: 

The Finance Systems Superuser role is pivotal to ensuring the seamless data accuracy and system maintenance leading to timely and accurate client invoicing and robust working capital cycle. We are looking for a genuine all-rounder with experience of systems, a natural incline to deal with data with a great attitude to learn and manage stakeholders.

You will be working as part of our Finance team supporting them by being responsible for updating and maintaining our operational system ‘Kantata’, actively speaking to the Project managers and consulting staff to ensure the timely and correct entry of timesheets. This role is the key to business operations, as it combines systems and processes, data and finance in one.

Key responsibilities of our Finance Systems Superuser:

  • System ownership and maintenance: experience with a professional system, with ability to figure out new settings, search for information and deploy changes or upgrades will be beneficial.
  • Kantata support: confidence in describing the problems and dealing with system’s support team will help you to work effectively
  • Raising and verifying client invoices: Strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
  • Credit control: Effective communication and understanding of accounts receivables will be beneficial.
  • Monitoring timesheet submissions: This role requires excellent numerical skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • Stakeholders contact and liaison: A confident communicator with a 'happy to help' attitude, capable of building strong working relationships.
  • Monitoring and resolving queries from the Finance email inbox: A team player who shares knowledge and collaborates effectively.
