A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a dynamic Finance Systems Manager to join a leading professional services firm. In this pivotal role, you'll manage and enhance the firm's finance systems, with a strong focus on Aderant, ensuring optimal performance and seamless support for finance operations.

What You'll Do

You'll take ownership of the firm's Aderant system-ensuring it's secure, compliant, and running smoothly. As the go-to systems expert, you'll handle user support, resolve technical issues, and liaise with IT and vendors. You'll play a central role in planning and delivering upgrades-especially as the firm prepares for its Sierra migration. Your ability to translate complex systems into user-friendly tools will be key.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all finance systems queries
• Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance
• Manage user access and system permissions
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate technical support
• Lead upgrades and system improvements with minimal business disruption
• Create and deliver impactful training for both finance and non-finance users

What You Bring

You're a confident systems professional with hands-on Aderant experience, technical know-how, and a knack for problem-solving. You thrive on collaboration, enjoy managing projects, and bring strong communication skills to the table. If you're familiar with SQL, Excel, SSRS, and Power BI-and understand the pace of legal finance-this role is for you.

• Experience managing and supporting Aderant in a professional services firm
• Strong technical skills in configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, SSRS Report Builder, and Power BI
• Solid understanding of legal finance processes and compliance standards
• Experience with integrations and automation tools is a plus
