Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Finance & Payroll Admin Assistant to work for a lovely company based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex area. The Finance & Payroll Admin Assistant will support the Finance Manager and assist with the monthly payroll admin, invoicing, payroll queries, expenses etc

Salary: £28-32K

Location: Office based, Haywards Heath

Finance & Payroll Admin Assistant duties:

• Supporting the Finance Manager with everyday accounting
• Assisting with monthly payroll data
• Liaising with the external payroll provider
• Handle any payroll queries
• Process invoices for payment

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience working in payroll and accounting support role
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Good IT skills
