Finance & Payroll Assistant - Morgan McKinley : Job Details

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Finance & Payroll Assistant to work for a great company based in the Billingshurst, West Sussex area. The Finance & Payroll Assistant will process weekly payroll and maintain payroll data as well as help out with other finance duties when required.

Salary: £28-32K

Location: Office based, parking onsite

Hours: 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Finance & Payroll Assistant duties:

• Processing weekly payroll
• CIS payments and calculating payments
• Checking and processing Pensions submissions
• Monitoring and updating payroll records, checking and reconciling payroll reports
• Preparing payroll journals
• Handling employee payroll queries
• Assist with any other accounting support if required

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience working in payroll and accounting support role
• Ideally have used Sage 50 Payroll and Sage 50 Accounts
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
