Description
- Oversee or delegate responsibilities including purchase ledger management and payroll.
- Create and present monthly reports on Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes to identify risks and efficiency opportunities.
- Maintain integrity of master data for vendors and customers.
- Promote purchase order compliance across departments and provide guidance and training to stakeholders.
- Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations.
- Facilitate interim and year-end audits, coordinating audit deliverables.
- Contribute to finance policies and ensure process documentation is updated.
- Assist with insurance renewals and claims.
- Supervise asset-backed lending facility, including reporting and requests.
- Continuously improve processes to strengthen controls.
- Support broader business initiatives and process improvements.
- Mentor team members and ensure coverage for critical tasks.
- Assist Financial Controller with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Finance Operations Manager should have:
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager
- Strong management skills and proven experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient user of finance software.
- Strong analytical, decision-making and management skills.
- Understanding of data privacy standards.
