Job Title: Finance Officer 12 Month FTC.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting accounts payable and receivable function
- Supporting payment runs and ensure timely processing of payment function
- Reconciling Bank accounts and various payment portal accounts
- Handling supplier/customers queries with professionalism and efficiency
- Service Charges Reconciliations
- Setting up energy suppliers accounts on the portals and periodic reconciliations
- Managed units Income and Expenses reconciliations
- Supporting annual rent and service charge increase review and adjustments
- Assist with the quarterly management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with yearend accounts
- adhoc tasks as required
Skills & Experience Required:
- A background in Accounting & Finance, preferably AAT Qualified with specific knowledge in Account Payable/Receivables
- Experience in a similar finance role, ideally in the housing sector
- Strong numerical, analytical, and time management skills
- Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience working with housing data software Pyramid(desirable)
- Experience with year end and audit processes (E)
