Job

The role of Finance Officer will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

  • Managing the sales ledger including issuing invoices and monitoring incoming payments
  • Overseeing the purchase ledger and processing supplier invoices
  • Coordinating month-end closing processes and related activities
  • Performing balance sheet analysis and conducting account reconciliations
  • Administering payroll processes covering timesheet verification and recording absences
You

As a Finance Officer you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

  • Robust experience with financial software and MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of finance operation responsibilities
