Are you a dynamic and motivated Finance Officer seeking a fresh challenge? One of our key clients is on the lookout for a Finance Officer to join the team, if you have a background as an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper and studying for your AAT, then this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities include:

• You will be supporting the senior finance officer in providing relevant and reliable oversights.
• Providing forecasts and budgeting advice and guidance as required.
• Providing timely and accurate financial reporting (budget versus actuals).
• Supporting the Senior Finance Officer in organising tasks and deliverables to agreed timescales.
• You will be the secondary point of contact for all key stakeholders within your portfolio.
• Support any ad-hoc tasks that the management team may have.

What you will need:

• Have previous experience in a finance/accounting position.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be able to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong numeracy skills with high attention to detail.
• Highly organised.
• Studying towards level 3 or 4 of the AAT qualification is desirable.
• Experience with Oracle is desirable.
