Finance OfficerDarlington£17 per hourFull Time ContractNovax Recruitment is actively seeking a Finance Officer based in Darlington. This is a contract position working full time hours.The job:

• Assist with budget monitoring using various in house systems and procedures, reviewing revenue and capital budgets
• Assist with year end returns, completion of reports and co-ordination with departments ensuring a smooth process
• Provide business decision advice to managers and budget holders
• Assist in the process of application for, monitoring and claiming of external income including grants applications

The candidate:

• Experience within a similar role is essential, specifically within an Education, Social Care or Public Sector setting
• Experience of using Financial Management systems, such as Agresso
• AAT qualification or similar desired
