£26,925 - £28,925 per year

37 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year

May 2024, Fixed term Contract Until mid-July 2024

Location: Hybride Working, 163 Eversholt St, London NW1 1BU, 2 days a week and 3 days working from Home.

We are looking for a skilled and organised Finance Officer to join our team. If you are looking to develop your career in accounting and finance then this is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience as part of our dynamic finance team. This is a varied finance role within a friendly and motivated team, and will give you exposure to the workings of a large, forward-thinking organisation.

You will be reporting directly to the Finance Team Leader. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Process financial data on the academies financial management system, including all purchase invoices, raising of debtor invoices and BACS payments
  • Managing the purchase order process, working with school staff to input orders into our Purchase Order system
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times

This is a fixed term contract until July 2024, and is due to commence in early May 2024
