Finance Manager - Ringwood - £40-45K - Bond Williams : Job Details

We are recruiting a Finance Manager for an established and growing business based in Ringwood. This is a new No.2 role reporting in to the Head of Finance and working within an established finance team. Responsible for:

• Providing support to the Head of Finance for ensuring the production of accurate financial information
• Overseeing the AP and AR transactions are accurately maintained and supplier payments are approved
• Overseeing daily cash flow management and liaise with credit control team to ascertain forecasted receipts
• Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts, KPI metrics to identify key trends and variances
• Quarterly VAT return
• Review monthly payroll data
• Assisting with annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor internal controls
• Liaise with auditors and tax advisors during annual audit

Suitable Candidate

• Qualified or Part Qualified
• Proven experience in monthly management accounts preparation, analysis, budgeting and overseeing transactional functions
• Experience of SAP B1 an advantage not essential
• Strong/Advanced Excel
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
