Finance Manager/Management Accountant - Rotheram Carrington Recruitment Group : Job Details

Rotheram Carrington Recruitment Group is excited to be working with a fabulous Cheshire-based business looking to recruit a qualified Finance Manager/Management Accountant. This role will be reporting to the Finance Director and responsible for two sites turning over in the region of £12m. The successful individual must be a qualified 'hands on' accountant who is used to doing an all-round accounting role, including the month-end process, reporting, and year-end statutory accounts. Hybrid working is available, however, during the settling-in period the successful incumbent would need to be on-site more often to understand the business.

Other duties will include the following:

• Budgeting & forecasting
• Financial reporting & analysis
• Production of monthly management accounts, balance sheet & variance analysis, to P&L
• Year statutory accounting and all associated financial statements as required
• Various Excel financial reporting, looking at costs, waste, margins
• Ad hoc project accounting & analysis as required by the Finance Director

Experience/Skills:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified, practice background advantageous, but not essential
• Excellent understanding of current accounting standards
• Proficient using Excel and strong analytical skills
• Must be a good communicator with the willingness to pick up tasks outside of finance if required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must have own car

Whats On Offer:

• £50,000 to £55,000 per annum
