Robert Half Accountancy and Finance is partnering with a progressive business based in Leeds city centre in their search for a Finance Manager. This role would suit a candidate who has qualified in either practice or industry. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience across financial reporting, stakeholder engagement, and operational finance, while developing your leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Manage daily finance activities
• Identify and implement efficiencies across finance operations and reporting
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to deliver financial insights.
• Day to day supervision of an accounts assistant

Candidate Profile

• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA or ACA or equivalent)
• Experience as a Management Accountant or Finance Manager with a strong desire to grow and develop
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
