Are you a qualified Finance Manager looking to take ownership of UK financial operations and drive strategic growth?

A well-established organisation within the engineering sector is seeking a commercially astute Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This is a pivotal role offering exposure to international expansion, strategic decision-making, and senior stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end, year-end, and audit processes
• Business Partnering with the Senior Leadership Team
• Deliver accurate financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
• Oversee credit control, purchase ledger, and cash flow management
• Support international ventures with financial modelling and due diligence
• Manage payroll, VAT, HMRC compliance, and liaise with auditors

What We’re Looking For:

• CIMA/ACCA qualified
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar finance role
• Strong commercial awareness within manufacturing or engineering with exposure to WIP
• Proficient in Excel-based modelling
• Experience with SAP would be desirable
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident communicator
