Are you an experienced finance professional looking to join a thriving and ambitious organisation? Our client, a well-established and growing company based in Warrington, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead their finance function and support their exciting plans for the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily management of accounts payable and receivable processes
• Ensure timely and accurate allocation of incoming payments and supplier transactions
• Monitor customer accounts, manage credit control, and issue regular statements
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate balance sheet records
• Collaborate with company directors to delegate tasks and communicate financial updates effectively
• Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns in line with HMRC requirements
• Support the finance team and wider business with ad hoc accounting tasks

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
